Pic-A-Day 26: SOLVED: Mystery Nut?

Dad came home today from overseas and brought back some nuts bought in China. The shell is REALLY REALLY hard. The nut is machine cut for that thin slit where you can insert a knife to open the nut. The actual flesh is small and has a taste similar to roasted pistachios, which is quite good.

This is the Chinese packaging. If someone could translate some of it, that would be a big help! (I like to know what I put in my mouth!)

EDIT: I found the answer! These are Macadamia Nuts
